Philip Ralph

Since training at RADA, Philip has worked as a writer, actor, director and teacher for theatre and television. He has featured in Mother Clap's Molly House and has understudied Michael Sheen in the National Theatre's Look Back in Anger and as Iago inTheatre Royal Bury St Edmunds touring production of Othello. He has also worked in rep for the New Vic Theatre, Stoke on Trent and Brewhouse Theatre. His directing work includes Waiting for Godot at the Brewhouse Theatre and Betrayal for One-Off Productions. An experienced teacher, Philip has taught at Bretton Hall, the University of Wales Swansea and Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds. In 2003, Philip wrote and developed Mr Nobody as part of Soho Theatre's Writer's Attachment Programme 2002. "Snappy and compelling... Ralph is unlikely to be Mr Noboby for long" Time Out. He played the academic Brian Masters in Moments of Madness.
