Production Manager –
Macbeth – Director’s Cut Autumn Tour 2018

ITC/Equity Contract at £600 per week
Accommodation provided and meal allowances paid at current ITC rates.

We are looking to recruit a skilled, hard-working Production Manager / TSM to work with us on a small-scale autumn tour of Wales and England. The production is a two-hander with three people on the road in total, so you will be leading a small, self-reliant, hands-on team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of touring to a range of venues and is capable of problem-solving in different technical areas, especially sound and lighting.

Rehearsal Period and Venue Liaison: 10 September – 5 October in Swansea (4 weeks)
Touring: 8 October – 16 November (6 Weeks)

Essential
Experience working in professional theatre
Good working knowledge of sound and lighting
Experience setting up and operating sound and lighting desks
Understanding of Qlab
Touring experience
Working knowledge of H&S and risk assessment
Ability to read CAD plans
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Full clean driving licence and confident driving a van

Desirable
At least three years’ professional experience in theatre.
Ability to program and fault-find Qlab
Stage skills including scenery construction
Fluent Welsh Language
Extensive multi-field technical skills
Drawing and using CAD software
